1. Transit Damage Replacement

If your product is damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Required Proof:

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product reveal)

  • Clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Outer shipping box

    • Shipping label

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Required proof

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

2. Wrong Product / Manufacturing Defect

If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect (not caused by transit):

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery

  • Provide an unboxing video and clear photos as proof

After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

3. Product Does Not Fit Your Vehicle

We understand fitment issues can occur despite correct selection.

In such cases:

  • We accept the return and issue a store credit equal to the product value

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Reported within 2 days of delivery

4. Exclusions

We do not accept returns, replacements, or credits for:

  • Products that are used, installed, or damaged due to improper installation

  • Items with unauthorized modifications or alterations

  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

Refund Policy

  • Cash or bank refunds are not offered

  • All eligible cases will be resolved through:

    • Store credit only
